We
normally arrive at 9am unless another time has been requested.
We start (upstairs if you are moving from a house) by removing
all of the hanging garments from your wardrobes. These will be
placed on to our hanging rails which have protective covers. We
will then proceed to remove all of your bedroom furniture. We
will re-assemble any item of furniture which needs to be dismantled
in order for it to be moved safely. Every item of furniture which
is put in to our van will be covered in protective blankets and
tied securely in place.
We
will then proceed to clear the down stairs. We have protective
sofa covers which are quilted, these will protect your sofa whilst
it's being removed from your property, during transit and on final
delivery into your new home. Anything which needs to be moved
from your garage, shed or garden will be loaded last. We will
then ask you to double check to make sure that nothing has been
missed before we leave.
When
we get to your new property we will ask you exactly where you
want your furniture to be put in each room. All of your boxes
and bags (which have been labelled) will also be placed in the
appropriate rooms. We will then put your hanging garments back
into your wardrobes. When our van is empty, we will ask you to
have a look around to ensure that everything is exactly where
you want it. If not, we will happily move it for you before we
leave.
